Directions For Standard and Advanced Use:

Take 1 to 12 capsules daily starting gradually as per directions provided and/or follow the directions provided by the professional that recommended the product to you.

Combining: BSF is micro-food and will combine well with other vitamins, herbs, greenfoods and diets. There are no known contra-indication with drugs.

Support: In support of any program, it is recommended to drink 10 glasses of water per day between meals, to eat wholesome food and to exercise at least three times per week.
